Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and arrive within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city. Shipping charges are shown at checkout, and orders above the free shipping amount in your bag ship free.
Tracking and contact
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier details with you. If a delivery attempt is missed, please reply to the courier or contact us so we can arrange another attempt.
Returns and exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
